WS Whereabout Supply practices ethical business principles and offers a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. 

The details and inclusions are:

We will refund or replace any item where you are not satisfied with that Item where:

• There is a fault with the item
• It is unused or it is not what you expected or you simply don't want it.  Return it to us and we will either replace the item or refund the price you paid on the item within 10 days from the date of your invoice, as long as it is un-used and in its original packaging and you meet the costs of returning the items to our premises. 
• Also we will either replace or refund the price you paid for any item within 10 days from the date of your invoice if the goods are damaged in delivery and signed for as damaged upon receipt, or we are advised of the damage on the date of delivery. We may require photographic verification of the damage.

PRICING

All prices quoted or displayed on the WS Whereabout Supply website are in Australian Dollars and prices displayed or quoted exclude GST.  GST will be displayed as a separate total amount on the invoice. Prices are changed from time to time as market forces dictate.  All prices quoted are valid for 7 days.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

We provide 30 day credit accounts to approved purchasers. Please download a Credit Account Application from the Features Menu to see our credit terms and policy. 

DELIVERY POLICY

Please see our Delivery Information page on the Features Menu for full disclosure of our standard freight rates and delivery areas and delivery times. Please note that these rates may be subject to change at any time without notice, due to price increases from individual couriers or freight companies. All orders are subject to charges freight charges unless agreed otherwise. WS Whereabout Supply retains the right to attach required freight charges to your order, either standard freight charges incurred through our shopping cart system or freight charges quoted by us and approved by you.
